These may vary from a gentle relaxing approach to a more active massage involving deeper strokes with 'hacking', 'cupping' or flicking motions. Who can it help? Anyone who feels massage can help them, whether for relaxation or for physical complaints such as stiffness, tension, stress or insomnia What happens in a session? The client lies on a couch and is covered with towels.The massage proceeds according to the needs of the client as previously discussed. A session will last from one to one and a half hours.
